These times are a floor, not a best case — many provincial routes carry no speed limit in the map data, so the router assumes a slow default. A driver who knows the road will beat them.
Moose. The province states that the likelihood of injury in a moose collision is twice as high between dusk and dawn as in daytime — Transportation and Infrastructure. That is why the hours control exists, and why a day that overruns is flagged.

What is on the way
In road order, not merit order — we do not rank places. The figure is what the detour actually costs, measured. Add one and the map and days redraw.
Your days
Ordered by how far along the road each place sits. A place down a long peninsula sorts by where its turning lies, not by the driving out and back — which the leg times below show in full.
Where you sleep is not on this page. A day ends where its last stop is — sometimes a town, sometimes a visitor centre or a ferry slipway — and this site leaves accommodation empty until somebody has checked it, because that is where a wrong entry does the most harm.
You, or somebody you know, runs somewhere to stay that is not listed? Then there is nothing here to apply to: these pages are generated from the open map, so nobody is picked for them and nobody can be added by asking us — the same rule that stops a competitor buying their way past a place. Anyone who has stood outside it can add it, in about twenty minutes, and the open map is read by far more than this site — or send us the facts and somebody will map it.
It does not know what is open, what the weather will do, or whether a ferry is running — those live on the linked pages, with their sources. It has no opinion on where to sleep.
