A 5.1 km loop on the headland at Port Rexton: 4.7 km of path past sea stacks and a stone beach, with 134 m of climb, then 0.4 km back to the start by Church Road and Main Road, where the path comes out. The trailhead is 200 km by road from Gander airport and a short drive on from Trinity. Travel + Leisure listed it among the 25 best hikes in North America and Europe, as the province’s tourism site notes. The numbers come from the map. Mud, washouts or a closed section are local knowledge we don’t have. Walk it and tell us.
