What we do not know about this place

- Are the stands heated? The single most asked question about a Newfoundland rink in February, and it is published nowhere.
- Accessibility Level entry, an accessible washroom, somewhere a wheelchair can actually watch from, and how far the parking is.
- Seating How many, and benches or buckets.
- Canteen Whether there is one, and whether it is cash only.
- The story Who built it, what it replaced, whose name is on it and why. Every rink on this island has one and almost none of them are written down.
- Whether we have the town right. It is derived from the nearest settlement on the open map, not from a source that says so — and around a bay that is exactly the kind of thing a map gets wrong and a local gets right.

Not every entry here is confirmed. 0 of 1 here are confirmed by two independent maps agreeing to within 150 m; the rest exist in one source only, so we list them with their address but will not map-pin or navigate to a point nobody has checked. One source means exactly that — the name, the position and in one case tonight the existence of the place all rest on a single record. Adding a place to the open map is what turns one of these into the other — it takes about two minutes.
