Not every entry here is confirmed. 1 of 9 here are confirmed by two independent maps agreeing to within 150 m; the rest exist in one source only, so we list them with their address but will not map-pin or navigate to a point nobody has checked. One source means exactly that — the name, the position and in one case tonight the existence of the place all rest on a single record. Adding a place to the open map is what turns one of these into the other — it takes about two minutes.
