Viewpoint on Route 10, south of Witless Bay

OpenStreetMap records a viewpoint here, unnamed, just off the Southern Shore Highway south of Witless Bay. Route 10 is what the province calls the Irish Loop Drive, and the communities it strings together are the ones nearest the islands of Witless Bay Ecological Reserve: the province says those islands hold North America's largest Atlantic Puffin colony and, after Baccalieu Island, the world's second-largest Leach's Storm-petrel colony. Landing on them takes a permit, so the birds are watched from licensed tour boats working out of the communities rather than from the road.
