    On the harbour side of Signal Hill Road. Parks Canada puts one end of the North Head Trail at the end of Outer Battery Road. It rates the trail difficult, 1.7 km one way along the Narrows, with narrow sections beside steep drops.

    Stopping here adds about 1 km to that drive (9 km door to door).
